Spinach Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings instant grits
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. dry wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, prepared according to pkg. directions
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 1/3 lb. potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    In large saute pan, combine all ingredients except potatoes; bring to a boil.
    Add potatoes; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot.
