Tofu And Mandarins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. tofu
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    2 tsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    2 Tbsp. Mandarin Marmalade
Preparation
    Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Gently mix tofu with the mandarins, syrup, marmalade and liqueur in a large bowl.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Serve in dessert dish or as a side dish with poultry or pork.
