Reuben Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices rye bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef
    2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange bread cubes on bottom. Coarsely shred corned beef. Layer beef over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and pepper until well blended.
    Pour over corned beef mixture.
    Cover with foil. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
