Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, diced and drained
    3 green onions, chopped (including tops)
    6 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Spread mixture evenly on flat tortilla.
    Roll snug, but with ease.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, best overnight.
    Slice on an angle in bite-size pieces.
    Keep chilled and serve with salsa for dipping.
    Makes about 48.
