Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (heaping) crushed strawberries
1 pie shell, baked

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and water; boil until clear.
Add butter and vanilla; blend well.
Cool.
Add berries.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream.
