Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; knead lightly.
    Roll out and use round biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until lightly browned.
