Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hard-cooked eggs
1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. vinegar
chopped pimiento
lettuce cups
Preparation

Peel eggs; cut lengthwise.
Remove yolk; set aside whites. Mash yolks with cheese; blend in sour cream and vinegar.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Garnish with pimiento.
Cover and chill.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Yields 4 servings.
