"Frikadeller" (Danish Meatballs)(Catherine Hamilton'S Kitchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely ground pork
    1 lb. finely ground veal
    1/2 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 pt. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 large onion, finely grated
    butter (for frying in skillet)
Preparation
    Mix meat with salt, pepper and onion juice.
    Add flour, eggs and
    milk
    (small
    amounts\tat
    a time).
    Mix thoroughly. Make into
    balls
    about 2-inches in diameter.
    Brown in butter in skillet at high heat.
    Turn down and finish frying, turning occasionally, uncovered.
