Cajun Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 onions, minced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    water (to cover)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp.
    Remove, crumble and reserve.
    Add flour to drippings.
    Blend well.
    Add onions.
    Cook and stir until onions are limp.
    Add beans and cook until done.
    Add seasonings with enough water to cover.
    Mix well and cook 10 minutes.
    Serve with bacon garnish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
