Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 large bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Heat soup, Ro-Tel and broth to boil. Divide remaining ingredients making layers twice in baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let set 10 minutes before serving.
