Fresh Chili Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. minced red Serrano chilies (dry) or 1 large fresh Serrano chili, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Cover and allow to marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.
