Ingredients

4 c. strawberries
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil together strawberries and 1 cup sugar for 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups of sugar and boil together for 5 minutes.
This needs to be stirred.
Pour into a flat pan and stir occasionally.
Let stand for one day or overnight.
Put into jars and place in the freezer. Good as topping for ice cream.
