Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix milk, sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Add margarine, vanilla and coconut. Cool and pour into cooked pie crust.
