Baked Rice(Cooked On Stove Top) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sweet peppers
    1/2 c. shallots
    1/2 c. onions
    1/4 c. celery
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 lb. smoked sausage, andouille or jambalaya mix
    2 cans consomme soup
    3 c. rice
    salt, black pepper, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 4-quart pot. Saute shallots, onions, celery and sweet peppers. Add meat and cook down. Add the consomme soup. Bring to a boil and add 2 cans of water.
    Cook for about 10 minutes. Add rice and season to taste.
    Make sure you add 3 or 4 squirts of Worcestershire sauce. Cook until most of the liquid is gone.
    Lower fire and cook for 25 to 30 minutes (until rice is cooked).
