Cranberry Grand Marnier Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. crushed gingersnaps
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
Preparation
    Combine crushed gingersnaps with melted butter; toss crumbs with fork until moistened.
    Put into 10-inch spring-form pan. Press mixture evenly over bottom and up sides of pan (won't get too high).
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Move second rack on second level.
