Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. baked or cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. syrup
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
