Brown Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    6 c. thinly sliced apples
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put apples into a bowl; mix with sugar, cornstarch, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
    Place apple mixture into pie shell and pat apples down evenly.
