Grilled Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz. each) chicken breast halves (skin removed)
    1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 large Spanish onion, cut into 4 slices
    4 carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
    8 to 12 medium-size fresh mushrooms
    1 head broccoli, cut into florets
Preparation
    Prepare grill for barbecuing over medium coals.
    Place chicken on rack; brush with soy sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and place vegetables crosswise on rack; brush everything with soy sauce.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes more until chicken and vegetables are fork-tender; turn and brush vegetables once.
    Makes 4 servings.
