Watercress Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf unsliced white bread
    1 cup watercress, drained and chopped
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    Salt, to taste
Preparation
    Cut bread lengthwise in 3/8 inch thick slices.
    Mix watercress, cheese and salt.
    Spread 1/4 cup filling on each slice.
    Roll up, wrap in foil and chill.
    Slice and serve.
