Spiced And Saucy Shell Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large shell macaroni
3/4 lb. beef (can use pork or turkey)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs (fine)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 2/3 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook macaroni; drain.
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
In mixing bowl combine egg, bread crumbs, cinnamon, allspice and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in meat mixture and 1/4 cup of the sauce.
Mix well.
Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons meat mixture.
Pour half of remaining sauce in casserole dish.
Place filled shells in single layer on sauce and top with remaining sauce.
Heat through in oven or microwave.
