Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. orange juice
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 small can mushroom pieces and enough water to equal 2/3 c.
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Stir rice, orange juice, soup, mushroom pieces and enough water to equal 2/3 cup in bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan until all mixed.
    Place cut up chicken on top of rice.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0
    oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Take cover off and cook for another 1/2 hour.
    Serves 4.
