Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lb. boned chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Salt and pepper roast on both sides.
Place enough heavy-duty foil in baking pan to wrap up roast.
Sprinkle bottom of foil with soup mix before placing roast in pan.
Sprinkle rest on roast and cover with soup.
Fold foil over roast and cook for 3 1/2 hours in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
