Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 c. chopped parsley
    salt to taste
    dash of Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Combine all thoroughly and chill at least 6 hours.
    Recipe is better if made day before use.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
