Hamburger Paprikash With Noodles And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 c. each: chopped onion and chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 1/2 c. beef broth
8 oz. medium egg noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 c. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Brown beef in a large skillet over medium to high heat, breaking up large chunks.
Stir in garlic, onion and pepper.
Cook until almost done.
Stir in paprika and thyme.
Add broth, noodles and broccoli; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring twice, until noodles are tender.
Whisk sour cream and flour until blended; stir into noodle mixture.
Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often until sauce is thick.
Makes 4 servings.
