Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Flour and brown pork chops in skillet. Place pork chops in bottom of a 2 1/2-quart glass casserole dish.
Put a layer of potatoes and onion slices on top of pork chops.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Repeat with the potatoes and onion slices and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the soup over the potatoes and onion. Add
1 1/2 cans water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
