Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. long spaghetti
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; simmer.
    Cook spaghetti; drain and add butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
    Form spaghetti mixture in a well-greased 10-inch pie pan to resemble crust. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
    Fill pie with tomato meat mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more or longer.
    Let stand before cutting to hold shape better.
