Shrimp And Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen vegetable mix (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions, drain. Place in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet, add shrimp, garlic, salt, and tarragon.
    Cook and stir until shrimp is done.
    Add shrimp to baking dish of vegetables. Stir to combine.
    In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
    Sprinkle over shrimp mixture. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until browned.
    Serve immediately. Serves 4.
