    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    3 c. frozen hash browns or Ore Ida O'Brien potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    1/2 c. green peppers*
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
