Spinach Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spinach, drained or 1 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for at least an additional 20 minutes.
