Wild Rice Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. quick-cooking long grain and wild rice
    1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Combine rice with chicken, water chestnuts, celery and onion.
    (Mixture can be stored in 1-gallon freezer bag.)
