Cream Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (or use 2 sq. to taste)
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Place cream cheese in bowl.
Beat with mixer until soft and smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients, except nuts.
When thoroughly mixed, add nuts.
Press on waxed paper or in well-greased shallow pan and chill until firm.
