Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, with crusts cut off
2 c. grated sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
2 lb. hot (bulk) sausage, well cooked and well drained
6 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place bread slices in bottom of baking dish.
Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard and lemon pepper.
Place the sausage next (over bread), grated sharp cheese and then egg ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, turn oven to 300\u00b0.
Add cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
mixed with milk.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
