Berniece'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground chuck or round
    1 large chopped onion
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild to hot)
    1 can chopped tomatoes or stewed tomatoes with onions, basil and garlic
    1 can chili beans
    2 cans Campbell's minestrone soup
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. After meat is browned, add other ingredients and cook about 30 minutes. May add a little water if it cooks down too much.\tGood served with grated cheese and sour cream on top.
