Chef'S Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 tomato, cut into wedges
    1 small cucumber, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 c. julienne strips cooked ham
    1 c. julienne strips cooked chicken
    1 c. julienne strips Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced (optional)
    additional Thousand Island dressing (optional)
Preparation
    Combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery and pepper.
    Put in a large bowl.
    Add 1/2 cup dressing, tossing well.
    Arrange ham, chicken, cheese and eggs on salad.
    Serve with additional dressing, if desired.
