Low Calorie Vanilla Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 packets Equal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 ice cubes
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender using high speed.
    Blend for about 2 minutes or until ice cubes are melted.
    Makes 1 serving; 55 calories.
    Diabetic Exchange:
    Milk 1/2.
