Giblet Or Meat Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fat drippings
    1 c. water, broth, milk or other liquid
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Measure fat drippings and return to pan.
    Stir in liquid and remove from heat.
    Mix cornstarch and cold water.
    Stir into pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens and boils.
    Season to taste.
    Simmer a few minutes.
