Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Town House Crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. Vidalia onions
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine, add to crushed crackers, put into bottom of 8 inch pie plate.
Saute onions till clear.
Spoon into crust.
Beat eggs, milk salt and pepper together.
Pour over onions.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or till set.
