Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook in boiling, salted water. Drain.
    Mix all other ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
    Blend well with squash.
    Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and casserole is piping hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
