Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    4 to 6 pieces bacon, crumbled
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
    dash of salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and garlic salt
Preparation
    Bake 1 (9-inch) pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Saute onions in bacon drippings; crumble bacon.
    Line bacon, onions and cheese on pie crust.
    Mix eggs (slightly beaten) with milk and seasonings.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0 on lower shelf.
