Mexican Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
5 to 7 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 to 4 tomatoes, chopped and drained well
1 pkg. Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation

Blend or mix cream cheese and cottage cheese.
Spread on bottom of platter.
Sprinkle with 1/2 package of taco seasoning. Place onions on top, then green peppers, then tomatoes.
Spread remaining taco seasoning on tomatoes.
Put shredded cheese on top. Garnish with sliced black olives, if desired.
