Barbecued Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sherry or white wine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated or 1/2 tsp. powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Blend together; pour over tenderloin.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator or 3 hours at room temperature.
    Roast on rack at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Baste with marinade at least 2 times.
    Slice thin.
    Serve with toasted sesame seed, hot mustard and ketchup.
