Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown onion, pepper and ground meat in 1 tablespoon of margarine.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.
    Spread half noodles in greased casserole. Cover with cheese mixture and add remaining noodles.
    Pour meat mixture on top.
    Pour remaining margarine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
