Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chops (1 1/2 inches thick)
    10 slices dry bread
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slit chops to bone; salt and pepper chops and brown on both sides.
    Saute onion, celery and parsley until tender-crisp in butter.
    Moisten bread cubes with milk.
    Add onion mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of sage.
    Mix well and stuff each chop.
    Mix soup and milk; pour over stuffed pork chops and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
