Zucchini Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can drained tuna or 1 1/2 c. chicken, chopped
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    2 1/2 c. herb stuffing
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook cut-up zucchini until tender; drain.
    Saute carrots and onions in margarine.
    Add tuna or chicken, half the stuffing, soup and sour cream.
    Stir in the zucchini.
