Cornbread Good As Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white buttermilk cornbread mix
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (depends on your taste)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 can evaporated milk plus enough water to equal 2 1/2 c.
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into large iron skillet containing 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
