Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package yeast in 3 tablespoons warm water.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs, sugar, shortening, salt and 1 cup warm water. Add the yeast mix and flour.
    Mix well.
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight or longer.
    Three hours before baking, roll out dough 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Cut in wedges and roll up.
    Let raise 3 hours.
    Bake in very hot oven (500\u00b0) for 5 minutes.
