Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (8) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown; drain.
    Separate crescent rolls. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with point toward center. Press over bottom and sides to form a crust.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with potatoes; top with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
