Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat egg lightly.
Add water, then salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper and melted butter.
Mix well.
Mold in loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
