Williamsburg Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. soft butter
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Measure all ingredients into bowl.
    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed.
    Beat for 3 minutes at high speed, scrape bowl constantly. Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    (May be made in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan or tube pan or two 9-inch pans.)
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes and layers about 30 minutes.
