Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 large eggs or 4 small
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Pour milk into blender. Add flour and salt. Blend slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, blending each. Spray muffin or popover pans well. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Do not open oven door while baking.
    You may bake 5 minutes longer for a drier popover.
